Suspect animals can be reported in two ways:
Online

Before reporting an animal, make sure that it can be considered suspect.
What is a suspect animal?
A racoon, skunk, or fox found in Montérégie, Estrie, Saint-Théophile, or Saint-Gédéon-de-Beauce:
- that is dead, even if in a road accident
- or that has one of the following symptoms:
- appears very sick
- is dying
- appears disoriented
- is unusually aggressive
- is paralyzed
